On the day of your function, we will arrive in plenty of time to set up and liaise with you, your event organiser, or toastmaster regarding any details of our performance. We will have agreed all details in writing prior to your function, so we will already know exactly what is required of us. If there are any last minute changes to the format of your function, you will find us flexible and happy to adapt.
We are generally ‘self contained’, but will ask to be provided with some basic requirements, depending on the size of Orchestra:
- Car Parking space for equipment car(s)
- Armless chairs
- Standard UK electricity supply
- Suitable performance area
- Changing/rest/equipment case storage room
