Once we had decided that we would mark our Diamond Jubilee with a Banquet in the City of London there was no doubt that the London Banqueting Ensemble should be part of the evening.
Having had the pleasure of seeing, and hearing, you over a number of years, we knew that the Ensemble would be perfect.

Thank you for the excellent entertainment you provided. The choice of music was perfect and I have received so many complimentary remarks from guests.

I very much appreciated your including my requests, from Les Miserable, ‘Bubbles' and, of course, the Fantasia on British Sea Songs - I am so pleased I heard you play it at the Fuellers’ dinner and you were happy to repeat it for us. It was amazing how our guests loved it and joined in.

As expected, the Post Horn Gallop was a triumph!! An excellent finale! So many of our guests thoroughly enjoyed your performance. Brilliant musicianship delivered with style and humour.

Having the Ensemble accompany the singers - not just the pianist - added so much to their performance. Thank you for agreeing to do that.

I am sorry that I did not get the chance to ‘Thank you’ personally Monday evening before we all left.

Once again, a big thank you to you and your colleagues for all that you did for us.

I meant to send this last week, but the time just whizzed by with all the post wedding business.

However, I wanted to say a huge thank you, for the part you played in making Mark and Kelly's day just perfect. As always your music was wonderful, and suited the occasion wonderfully.

Wow, once again we booked The London Banqueting Ensemble to support the British Travel Awards.

We get a String Quartet for our reception, a 10-piece salon orchestra for our dinner break, a Trumpet Fanfare to open proceedings - basically LBE are adaptable, amazing and relevant. They have dressed up subtly for our Halloween and Venetian themed events; always play relevant music and are flexible and utterly professional.

We are definitely booking them again next year - that must be six years in a row!”

Dear Steve,

I have been meaning to write and thank you for the beautiful bugle playing at my grandfather's funeral on Wednesday. It made the funeral for me, and I can't thank you enough for agreeing to drive so far to play.

We just went to the Tower of London to see the WW1 commemoration - the poppies in the moat - and a bugler played the last post at sun down. Well, we all commented that his rendition was not a patch on yours. This reminded me to write and thank you.
